Our Billing Approach

Our quote for services is a project-based flat fee, not a retainer.

This means the flat fee covers the specified scope of work for your project.

If additional work is required outside the initial scope, a separate quote will be provided.

Our Process

1. You complete a consultation request form

2. We reply via email to schedule a consult

3. Together, we have a free 20 minute consultation to discuss your legal needs and get to know each other

4. We email you quotes and you decide which projects to begin

5. You sign the terms of representation, provide information, and pay your invoice

6. We complete your legal project(s)

7. We both meet to finalize your document and discuss our recommendations

8. The project is finished quickly, on time, and to your satisfaction

The purpose of our free initial consultation is to meet one another and determine if we're a mutually good fit to work together, ascertain if the firm has the capacity to meet your legal needs, and introduce you to the Rational Unicorn engagement model.
